The trail starts on a fire road but quickly becomes a double track. There is one main trail leading you through the valley with many average climbs (nothing real steep). There is an area with a 6 foot tall step up jump leading to a ladder ramp drop but you can go around this. There are also a couple of trails branching off of this one so making a loop is possible. If you stay on the main trail the hills get dangerously tight with blind corners. Be careful for hikers and descending Mtn bikers. When you get through this tight area known as the Jedi you will come to a fire road crossroads on top on the mountains. There you will see the Prayer Box. Good luck and safe riding!
Coming from LA take the 10 FWY east and exit Mtn View (make a right). Continue on Mtn View until it ends. There is a small park at the foothill. Park near the dog park and there is a fire road leading you into the valley.
